POEssential sent me this bottle for me to try out for you guys. The bottle itself has directions all up and down it which I loved. It was very informative and worked well for me. Now, because I have such a small bottle and I can't I can't use it for the amount of time that I would like to so I can see if my hair grows from it. Although, I still appreciate the product and I know it works well because I did experience an inch in a half of growth. I'm sure this would be in my arsenal all the time for my hot oil treatments. This is a great product to get that healthy hair going. We must take care of our natural hair and I know we can slack because of everyday like, but products like this one make it easy.
